By accessing or using AutoDV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
Services provided
AutoDV connects consumers with licensed public adjusters and claims specialists who evaluate and pursue diminished value claims. AutoDV itself is not a law firm, a licensed public adjuster, or an insurance company, and it does not provide legal or insurance advice.
Your use of the platform
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a claim or creating an account, to use the platform only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
No guarantee of results
Every diminished value claim depends on the specific facts of the loss, the vehicle, the applicable law, and the insurer. AutoDV does not guarantee that any particular claim will be paid, nor the amount of any settlement. Estimates shown are projections, not promises.
Fees and payment
Adjusters and shops may be charged fees for access to certain platform features. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable once services have been provided.
Intellectual property
The AutoDV name, logo, and all content within the platform are the property of AutoDV and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoDV's aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the platform is limited to the amounts you paid to AutoDV in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. AutoDV is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent adjusters or specialists you are connected with through the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
